Connected Leadership Consulting was founded on a simple belief: work should be a place where people can do good work and feel good doing it.

After years of supporting organizations through change, founder Layli Milden, MA, MSW, saw that many leaders knew what to do but needed help building the connection and trust to make it real.

CLC bridges that gap, guiding leaders and teams toward workplaces where people can share ideas, take smart risks, and grow together.

What we believe

About Layli

Layli Milden, MA, MSW, is a trained professional leadership coach, consultant, trainer, and facilitator with deep experience in social work and organizational effectiveness. She brings curiosity, warmth, and candor to every partnership, helping clients navigate complexity with courage and compassion. Layli is most proud of the Supervision Coach program she built (in collaboration with many others) at the Arizona Department of Child Safety. Witnessing the growth of individual leaders and how that contributed to positive change in the organization as a whole, has been a source of great joy for Layli. Layli values including a wide variety of voices in collaborative work, and therefore chose to become certified in Technology of Participation Facilitation Methods. This is a framework that allows for parity of voice, consensus decision-making, and collaborative action planning.
